The Remote Managers started as a short-term rental operator in Dubai. The tools on the market couldn't keep up with how we wanted to run properties, so we built our own. Today that stack runs every unit we manage, and we offer it to other operators too.

Muhammad founded The Remote Managers to give property owners, many of them living abroad, a manager they could trust with a valuable asset from thousands of kilometres away.
As an Airbnb Superhost Ambassador, he saw how much of a host's day goes on repetitive messages, calendar juggling and chasing cleaners. The answer was to automate the routine and put people on the moments that matter.
That idea became the platform: an AI concierge, PMS, pricing engine and owner CRM, backed by a support desk that never closes.
