For routine questions, yes: check-in steps, Wi-Fi, parking, directions and recommendations. Anything involving money, complaints, damage or safety goes to our on-duty team, who see the full conversation and take over.
Can I keep my existing listings and reviews?+
Yes. We connect your existing Airbnb and Booking.com listings to our PMS, so your reviews, Superhost status and ranking history stay with the listing.
Will I be able to see what's happening?+
You get an owner login with bookings, rates, occupancy, expenses and payouts for each unit, plus monthly statements. You can message the team from the same place.
